Because of favorable aesthetic and other qualities we prefer metal-free (completely ceramic) dental prosthesis. Nowdays there are many types of porcelain material available that are similar in their appearance, but are very different in other qualities – strength, adhesion techniques, etc.  Knowledge of materials and technologies is indispensable in determining the best approach in a given situation.

Metal-ceramic crowns, bridges: when making crowns and bridges, we take extra care for the finished prosthesis not to irritate the gums, cause inflammation or “bleeding of the gums”.
